Orders are normally prepared in 1–3 business days. You will receive an email when the available carrier information is ready.
How long does standard shipping take?
Standard transit is estimated at 5–10 business days after preparation. Carrier conditions and destination processing can affect the final delivery time.
Can I return an item?
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Review the Return and refund policy before sending anything back, as authorization and condition requirements apply.

How should portable lights be charged?
Use only the charging parts supplied with the item or a compatible replacement specifically identified for it. Keep charging connections dry and discontinue use if a cable or port is damaged.
How should I care for the finishes?
Disconnect wired lights before cleaning. Use a soft dry cloth, avoid abrasive products, and keep mineral and metal surfaces away from harsh chemicals.
